Booking & Cancellation Policy

• To cancel or change your appointment, please reply to your confirmation email.
• Double-check that all details entered are correct. If any information is incorrect, email us as soon as possible.
• New clients: Please complete the consultation form via the link provided in your next email.
• Appointment times and staff availability may vary based on scheduling needs. We will contact you if we need to adjust your selected time.
• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling:
  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • Deposits cannot be carried over more than 4 weeks from the original booking date. This must be discussed at the time of cancellation/rescheduling.
• We accept both cash and Eftpos payments (with a surcharge for Eftpos).
